In case of disagreement between SC CARSUPREME SRL and the Customer, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time, of the order, will apply. If the User does not agree with the Terms and Conditions, he/she must cease using our services.
- Definitions
User – any person who visits the info@covernyl.com website.
Customer – an individual / legal entity placing an order.
Products – any product mentioned in the Order, to be supplied by the Seller, to the Customer.
Order – an electronic document that intervenes as a form of communication between the Seller and the Customer by which the Customer expresses his intention to purchase certain Products and to make payment for them.

Courier – any public or private person providing express courier services.
Account – the section of the Site consisting of an e-mail address and a password that allows the Buyer to submit Orders and contains information about the Customer/Buyer and the Buyer’s history on the Site (Orders, tax invoices, etc.). The User is responsible and shall ensure that all information entered when creating the Account is correct, complete and up to date.
My Cart – section of the Account that allows the Buyer/User to add Goods they wish to purchase at the time of adding or at a later time.

- Price
The final price paid by the Customer is made up of the price of the product + the related shipping and/or collection charges. Delivery prices are detailed on the website.
All prices for products sold through the website www.covernyl.com are expressed in Lei and include VAT at the legal value provided for by the rules in force.
- Order
The order can be placed only by filling in the required data (name and surname, delivery address and billing address, telephone and e-mail address, delivery method and payment method). By finalizing the Order, the Customer guarantees that all data provided are true and correct, otherwise he/she may suffer the consequences of such errors (delayed Order, wrongly transmitted, etc.).
By finalizing the Order, the Customer agrees that a representative will contact him by telephone for personal confirmation of the Order. In case of busy Ordering periods (e.g. BLACK FRIDAY) it may happen that the confirmation will be by an e-mail sent by www.covernyl.com
(This e-mail is only an acknowledgment of receipt of the order request from you. Your contract to purchase these products is not fully concluded until we send an email or SMS notifying you that the products have been dispatched).
The Customer may place Orders on the Site by adding the desired Goods to the shopping cart and then finalize the Order by making payment by one of the methods indicated (refund, PO, online card). The addition of a Good in the shopping cart, in the absence of finalization of the Order, does not entail the registration of an Order.
SC CARSUPREME SRL may refuse an Order following prior notice to the Customer, without any obligation between the parties and without either party being able to claim damages, for the following situations:
failure / invalidation of the online transaction;
non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Customer’s card / transaction;
incomplete or incorrect data of the Customer;
consecutive failed deliveries;
other objective reasons: if the Customer does not guarantee that the payment method is valid and that it is not obtained by a fraudulent method or there are suspicions regarding the payment method.
Even if it has taken all measures to ensure that the information presented on this website is accurate and correct, SC CARSUPREME SRL cannot be held liable for inaccuracies that may occur in the Customer’s filling in the forms on the website for the finalization of the Order. Users are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information provided in the forms available on this site.
In the event that there is no quantity ordered by the Customer in stock, SC CARSUPREME SRL will notify the Customer at the e-mail address or telephone number made available to the Seller when placing the Order and will discuss with him either cancel the order on products that are not in stock, or putting on hold the order, or choosing other products. In the event that the cancellation is chosen, SC CARSUPREME SRL will return the amount paid in proportion to the missing quantity.
The Contract shall be deemed concluded between the Customer and SC CARSUPREME SRL at the time of receipt by the Customer from SC CARSUPREME SRL, via electronic mail and / or SMS notification of dispatch of the Order.
In case a Good ordered by the Customer cannot be delivered/will not be delivered by SC CARSUPREME SRL for any reasons, we are obliged to inform the Customer about this fact and to return to the Customer’s account the value of the Good, within a maximum of 14 days from the date when SC CARSUPREME SRL became aware of this fact or from the date when the Customer expressly expressed his/her intention to terminate the Contract.
In case a Customer refuses to receive an order paid through the online payment platform or by bank transfer, the value of the order, less the value of the transportation, shall be returned to the Customer. We, as the consignee, pay the round-trip cost in such cases.
- Invoicing – payment
Price, method of payment and payment term are specified in the Order. The Seller will issue to the Customer an invoice for the Products delivered, the obligation of the Customer is to provide all information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.
Payment can be made online (bank card), cash on delivery or in person in the physical store.
The Customer’s payment card data will not be accessible to the Seller nor will it be stored by the Seller or by the payment processor integrated in the Website, but only by the institution authorizing the Transaction or another entity authorized to provide card identification data storage services, of whose identity the Customer will be informed, prior to data entry.
- Warranty
All Goods sold by the Seller benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force.
Before use, carefully read the product labels with instructions for use and assembly. Keep them so that you know how to clean and maintain the product.
The seller cannot be held responsible for errors in assembly or use/maintenance of the products sold.
The Seller makes every effort to provide correct product images and information. Errors or slight differences in the appearance of the products may sometimes occur. These differences in hue are due to the settings of the devices on which the products are viewed.
The actual shades of products may differ slightly from the images. This is caused by several factors:
the production particularities of the respective batch of foil/self-adhesive film

- Delivery and return
Delivery
The cost of courier is not included in the price of the presented products. Products ordered in the online shop are delivered by courier.
The delivery price is 25 lei (including VAT).
Products in stock are delivered within 24-48 hours on working days, after order confirmation by the buyer. These time terms are indicative, commonly practiced and may be subject to change due to conditions such as calamities, special weather conditions, road infrastructure conditions, strikes, etc. Products not in stock at the time of placing the order online will be delivered within the time and under the conditions that will be communicated by the online store www.covernyl.com to the consumer by mail, phone.
Return
According to O.G. 130/2000, purchased products can be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received, within 14 days of receipt, without penalty and without giving any reason. Products will be returned at the customer’s expense, using the same transportation service with which the shipment was made. The customer may request the return of the product or its replacement with a conforming one. If SC CARSUPREME SRL. is unable to replace the product with a conforming one, the value of the product will be refunded within 30 days from the date of return. The returned amount as well as the return conditions do not include transportation costs.
Please note: products ordered by the linear meter and cut to the quantity requested by you cannot be returned.
Carefully check the model and quantity desired, if necessary order samples of several models beforehand.
Products with physical alterations, scratches, tears, tears, holes, missing contents, etc. will not be accepted for return.
The amount will be refunded as follows:
for Orders paid by online card, by refund to the account from which the payment was made or by bank transfer
for Orders paid by OP, by bank transfer;
For refunds it is necessary to communicate the buyer’s bank account. Amounts can only be refunded to bank accounts belonging to the buyer.

The value of returned products that arrive damaged at the Seller will not be refunded.
The Buyer is responsible for returning the products.
The costs of return transportation shall be borne by the Buyer.

- Force majeure
Neither of the contractual parties can be held liable for non-performance (in whole or in part) or delayed performance of its obligations, if these were caused by force majeure. The Parties shall immediately inform each other of the force majeure event and take all necessary measures to limit the consequences of the event.
If the force majeure event does not cease within 15 days, the parties shall have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without claiming damages.
Force majeure shall be proven according to law.
- Settlement of disputes. Applicable law
The store operates in compliance with all legal provisions imposed by the Romanian State. Any attempt of unauthorized access, to cause damage or fraud will be reported to the competent authorities.
The store will attempt to resolve any conflicts arising between the parties amicably. If this is not possible, the legal provisions pertaining to their resolution by the courts will be applied.
13.Fraud
Any attempt to access the personal data of another user, to modify the content of the website www.covernyl.com or to affect the performance of the server on which the covernyl.com website is running, will be considered an attempt to defraud the systems of SC CARSUPREME SRL and will trigger criminal investigation against the person or persons who have attempted this.
The creation of multiple accounts using automatically generated email addresses that expire after a predefined period in order to benefit from promotions or offers, or any fraudulent behavior capable of affecting the smooth running of campaigns, is prohibited and will be considered an attempt of fraud. The owner of the www.covernyl.com website reserves the right to suspend accounts thus created.
- Conclusion of the agreement
SC CARSUPREME SRL reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time without prior notification to the users. The company also reserves the right to terminate the provision of its services to any user, in the event that he/she has violated any of the above-mentioned conditions. To the limit, SC CARSUPREME SRL. reserves the right to cease providing its services at any time.
