Privacy and personal data security policy

We aim to ensure the confidentiality and protection of all personal data we process.
I. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA
According to European Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR): personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Different pieces of information that, when put together, can lead to the identification of a specific person (first and last name, home address, telephone number, email address, ID number, driver’s license number, etc.).

The data is processed confidentially by CARSUPREME S.R.L. and will not be passed on to third parties (with the exception of the courier company Nemo Express or Fan Courier Express, which delivers the products, and mobilPay in the case of online payments). Customers’ personal data is necessary for the administration and processing of orders in the best possible conditions (including communication methods and delivery), and cannot be sold or transferred in any way to a third party.
After completing the registration form, the user will receive an account and password to use the services. The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account name/email address and associated password. The user is also entirely responsible for all activities and information transmitted from the account assigned to them.
III. HOW AND WHY WE PROCESS THIS DATA

CARSUPREME S.R.L. ensures the integrity, availability, confidentiality, and authenticity of personal data, using advanced security methods, measures, and technologies, together with work policies and procedures, to protect the processing of personal data in accordance with the legal provisions in force. CARSUPREME S.R.L. has entered into a contract with its internet and hosting service provider, which ensures that it has taken all security measures, such as: limiting both physical and electronic access, as well as remote access, and is subject to regular security checks.
CARSUPREME S.R.L. has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that only the personal data necessary for the specified purposes and on the specified grounds are processed. Despite our efforts, however, we cannot guarantee the complete security of this information during transmission or storage in our systems. In the event of a security breach (incident/security breach) that would compromise the confidentiality of your personal information, we undertake to inform you immediately (via the website, email, telephone calls, etc.).
V. YOUR RIGHTS: INFORMATION, ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, DELETION, AND OBJECTION
- RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND ACCESS
CARSUPREME S.R.L. is obliged to inform and allow access to the data subjects about and to the personal data processing process, except when you have provided or made it available to us voluntarily.
- RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION
CARSUPREME S.R.L. is obliged to modify/correct/complete personal data at the request of the data subjects or to offer them the possibility of updating such data.
- RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
CARSUPREME S.R.L. is obliged, at the request of the individuals concerned, to make the personal data processed available to them in a structured format. Where necessary, CARSUPREME S.R.L. will take additional measures to verify the identity of the individual requesting the transfer of personal data.
- RIGHT TO ERASURE (TO BE FORGOTTEN)
CARSUPREME S.R.L. is obliged, at the request of the data subjects, to erase their personal data, unless there are applicable legal provisions that oblige the company to retain such data or unless there is a legitimate interest that prevails over this right. After the data has been deleted, it may not be possible to delete all copies completely and immediately. These copies will be deleted as soon as possible.
- RIGHT TO RESTRICT DATA PROCESSING
CARSUPREME S.R.L. is obliged, at the request of the data subjects and in the absence of any legal basis or legitimate interest that prevails, to stop any processing of the applicant’s personal data. This may reduce the possibilities of benefiting from the services offered.
- RIGHT TO OBJECT (TO OBJECT TO DATA PROCESSING)
CARSUPREME S.R.L. is obliged, in the event that individuals object to the processing of personal data, not to carry out any processing of that data, except in situations where a legal basis or legitimate interest of the company prevails. Individuals have the right to object at any time and without justification.
- RIGHT TO OBJECT TO AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. The data subject has the right to obtain human intervention, to express their point of view, and to contest the decision if an automated decision-making process has already taken place.

VI. HOW YOU CAN EXERCISE THESE RIGHTS

We may request additional information necessary to confirm your identity. We may reject requests that are unreasonable, unfounded, repetitive, or abusive.
