Delivery
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the products presented. Products ordered from the online store are delivered by courier.
Products in stock are delivered within 3-5 days on working days, after confirmation of the order by the buyer. These delivery times are indicative, commonly practiced, and may be modified due to conditions such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, road infrastructure conditions, strikes, etc. Products that are not in stock at the time of the online order will be delivered within the time frame and under the conditions communicated by the online store www.folie.ro to the consumer by email or telephone.
Returns
In accordance with O.G. 130/2000, purchased products may be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received, within 14 days of receipt, without penalty and without giving any reason. The return of products shall be at the customer’s expense, using the same transport service used for the shipment. The customer may request a refund of the product’s value or its replacement with a compliant product. If SC CARSUPREME SRL. cannot replace the product with a compliant one, the product’s value will be refunded within 30 days of the return date. The refunded amount and the return conditions do not include transport costs.
Please note: products ordered by the linear meter and cut to the quantity requested by you cannot be returned.
Check the model and quantity carefully, and if necessary, order samples of several models before placing your order.
Products that show physical changes, scratches, tears, holes, missing contents, etc. will not be accepted for return.
The amount will be refunded as follows:
- for orders paid by credit card online, by refund to the account from which the payment was made or by bank transfer
- for orders paid by bank transfer, by transfer in the same way;
For the refund of the amounts, it is necessary to communicate the buyer’s bank account. The amounts can only be refunded to bank accounts belonging to the buyer.

The value of returned products that arrive damaged at the Seller will not be refunded.
The Buyer is responsible for returning the products.
The costs of return shipping are borne by the Buyer.
